When we founded Cedar Point Capital Partners, it certainly wasn’t with awards or acclaim in mind. We really just wanted to offer our friends and neighbors the kind of financial planning and wealth management services we knew they deserved: an experience built on trust, transparency, and a fiduciary level of care at all times.

It was our version of the Golden Rule, applied directly to financial life planning, and it seemed to resonate with people.

Our first clients told their friends and neighbors, and the word began to spread. We grew right alongside our clients—slowly at first, and then with compounding speed.

Now, we’ve been named the Best Wealth Management Firm in the Cedar Rapids-Iowa City area by readers of the Corridor Business Journal!

The true Iowans we are, we’re humbled by the recognition, and honestly not quite sure what to do with it. We’re certainly not going to let it go to our heads or change our fee-only, evidence-based approach, because that’s what got us here.
